"I reached out to Jay with Tilsatec, to see if we could brainstorm a glove that would work for our facility. We had special needs for an ANSI A9 cut level glove, but also a sleeve to cover the arm, as well as a situation where team members would be handling very hot materials that have steam coming from them. It was a process of making a trial glove, and working with that, getting feedback, and making adjustments until we got to the point where we had something that worked for all 3 needs. Tilsatec worked so well with us, and did not charge us for any of the trial gloves. We also wanted to make a change later based on feedback from users, and that change was made without issue.
